Sadly passed away on December 5, 2011, aged 71 years.
Funeral Service to be held at St Michael's and All Angels, Tettenhall, on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Danescourt Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired made payable to Compton Hospice.
