Funeral Service will take place on Monday, June 22, 2015, at Gornal Crematorium, at 1.30pm.

We sat beside your bedside and watched you fadeaway and though our hearts were broken we knew you had to go away.

Out of pain at last.

Will be sadly missed by Sons Keith and Gary. Daughters-in-law Shirley and Lisa. Grandchildren Alan, Carl, Mason and Mackenzie.
