Passed away peacefully with her Family by her side on Saturday, December 3, 2011, aged 64 years.

Funeral Service to take place at St. Giles' Parish Church, Willenhall, on Monday, December 19, at 1.30pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, at 2.30pm.

At Sandra's request no flowers but donations in lieu please made payable to Macmillan Nurses c/o THOMAS ELY & SONS Somerford Place, Willenhall. WV13 3DT. 01902 605091.
