Passed away peacefully aged 88, on Saturday, May 23, at Sandwell General Hospital.

Funeral at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Thursday, June 11, at 4.10pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations in lieu for Air Ambulance c/o Mr I Palfreyman.

Helen reunited with Wilf, both now at rest.

Lovingly remembered by Judith, Ian, Daniel and Bethany.
