Sadly passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2011, aged 79 years.
Funeral Service to take place at St. Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Friday, December 16, at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Hall Green Cemetery, Bradley, at 2.30pm.
