Funeral to be held Thursday, June 4, 2015, at St Luke's Church, Oldbury Street, at 10am, then to Heath Lane Cemetery at 10.45am, afterwards the Conservative Club, Walsall Street, 11.15am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.
