Sadly passed away on May 17, 2015, aged 76 years.
Beloved Husband of Yvonne, devoted Dad to Samantha and much loved Grandpa to James and Marc.
Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Cemetery, on Thursday, June 4,at 2.10pm.
