Passed away peacefully on December 1, 2011, aged 62 years.
Beloved Wife of Joe, dearly loved Mum of Richard and Lindsay, loving Sallynan of Hattie, Katie, Alex, Ben and Joshua.
Sadlymissed by all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium on Thursday, December 15, at 1.30pm.
