Passed away suddenly on May 19, 2015, aged 63 years.
Much loved Wife to Derek, Mum to Katie and Alex and Amy and Jack, devoted Nanny to Darcie and Spencer.
She will be sadly missed.
Funeral Service will take place at St Nicholas' Church, Codsall on Friday, May 29, 2015, at 10am, followed by Interment in Codsall Churchyard.
Family flowers only please.
