Iris sadly passed away at Good Hope Hospital on May 9, 2015, aged 83 years.

She will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

Service to be held at All Saints Church, Foley Road East, Streetly on Friday, May29, at 10.30am, followed by Committal at Streetly Crematorium, East Chapel.

Family flowers only, donations welcome on behalf Guide Dogs for the Blind.
