Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, aged 76 years.
Much loved and sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Thursday, May 28, at 11.40am.
Family flowers only by request, donations for Alzheimer's Society in memory of Sheila will be gratefully accepted by
