Passed away suddenly at home, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, aged 36 years.

The Funeral Service is to take place on Tuesday, May 19, at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Rugeley at 12 noon, followed by the Committal at Stile CopCemetery.

Flowers are welcome from all.
