Passed away peacefully on May 8, 2015, at The Shrubbery Care Home, Codsall, aged 94 years.
Mother to Barry and John, Grandmother to Simon, Emily and Annie.
She will be sadly missed.
Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium East Chapel, on Thursday, May 21, at 3.15pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired for Cancer Research may be given at the Service or c/o
