Passed away at home on November 25, 2011
A sadly missed Wife, Mom, Nan, Sister and Friend.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 8, at Hallam Street Methodist Church, Hallam Street, West Bromwich at 10.45am, followed by a Cremation at Sandwell Valley Crematorium at 11.30am.
Family flowers only, donations would be appreciated to Hospice at Home.
