FAULKNER Keith Wayne

Sadly passed away on Friday, November 18, 2011, at the Manor Hospital, aged 59 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at St. Mark's Church, Great Wyrley, on Monday, December 12, 2011, at 1.15pm, followed by Interment at Great Wyrley Cemetery.

Floral tributes or donations if desired to St. Giles' Hospice c/o Co-operative Funeralcare 154a, High Street, Bloxwich. WS3 3JT. 01922 403399.
