Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Penwood Court, Nursing Home on November 28, 2011.
Funeral Service to take place on Monday, December 5, at Bushbury Crematorium at 10am.
Flowers to CO-OPERATIVE FUNERALCARE, St Marks Road, Chapel Ash.
Everyone welcome afterwards at The Emerald Club.
