MIDDLEBROOK Ernest.
Sadly passed away on April 16, 2015, aged 83 years.
Funeral Service to take place, at Newton Road Crematorium, at 1.45pm, on Wednesday, May 6.
After at The Croft, Hydes Road, Wednesbury.
Peacefully sleeping, now out of pain, I would not wake you to suffer again.
