Rita would like to thank all Family and Friends for the love and support given to David and herself during his illness.

I have been overwhelmed by the sympathy, love and many kindnesses shown since David's death.

Special thankyou's to the District Nurses, Lakeside Practice, Carers, Rev. Julia Cody and all David's fellow Councillors, Friends and Colleagues at South Staffordshire Council.

Extra gratitude and love to my Family and especially to John and Ann, also many thanks toeveryone who donated to Woundcare 4 Heroes in David's memory. A sum in the excess of œ500 was raised.
