HENLEY Horace.
Passed away at Sandwell Hospital on November 23, 2011.
Funeral to be held at St Mark's Church, Tipton, on Wednesday, December 7, at 10.45am, followed by Burial.
It broke our hearts to lose you but our memories will last forever.
Reunited with Wife Doris and Daughter Valerie.
Now at peace, never to be forgotten.
