Patricia Joan
Passed away peacefully on April 2, 2015, aged 68 years.
She will be sadly missed by Children Adam, April and Peter. Grandchildren Alex, Fenella, Isobel and Lara, also her Brother David, Family and Friends.
Funeral Service totake place at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at 12 noon.
Donations in memory of Patricia are welcome in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and maybe given on the day or sent via the Funeral Directors.
