Passed away peacefully at home on April 3, 2015.
You had a golden heart and a happy smile and will be sadly missed by Husband Terry, Reg, Gill, Paul and Rachael.
Funeral will take place on Friday, April 24, at10.30am, at St Joseph's Church, Merry Hill, Wolverhampton, followed by Cremation at 12 noon, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.
Afterwards at the Mount Hotel.
