Sadly passed away suddenly but peacefully on November 19, 2011, at New Cross Hospital.

Beloved Husband to Judith, much loved Father of Donna, Helen, Claire and Phillip and Grandfather to Evie-Mae.

He will be missed dearly by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St Nicholas Church, Codsall on Friday, December 2, 2011, at 1pm, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.
