Funeral Service to take place at Holy Trinity Church, Much Wenlock, on Friday, December 2, 2011, at 11.15am, followed by Committal Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 12.40pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Cancer Research UK and Holy Trinity Church Choir.
