Jacky's Family would like to thank Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy and support, also for their attendance at the Funeral Service and for the many donations that have been sent to Macmillan in memory of Jacky.

Special thanks go to the Staff at Corbett and Russells Hall Hospitals for the care and kindness shown to Jacky during her illness.
