Passed away at home on November 7, 2011, aged 71 years.

Funeral Service to take place Monday, November 14, 12.15pm at Sandwell Valley Crematorium.

A truly wonderful man, loved by all, who will be sadly missed. Jan, Andrew, Steve,Claire, Andrea, Darrell, Kay and adored Granddaughter Lucy.

Also loved and greatly missed by Margaret, Ron, Richard, Marian, Clare, Carl and Rachel.
