Funeral Service to take place at St Martin's Church, Slater Street, Bradley on Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at 1.30pm, followed by the Committal at Beacon Hill Cemetery, Sedgley at 2.30pm.

Loving Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

Sadly missed by all the Family.
