Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital, on November 1, 2011, aged 86 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Friday, November 11, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu to The Haematolgy Unit, New Cross Hospital.
