Sadly passed away, February 23.
So many precious, treasured moments of you, a truly wonderful caring Wife and Mother.
My darling Wife Rete, we will so much miss you and that beautiful, cheeky smile.
Allour love forever and ever, your Husband Keith (Crook) and Children Adam, Katie and Ryan.
Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, March 12, at 12.30pm, at Shareshill Church, followed by Burial at Bushbury Cemetery.
Flowers welcome or donations to St Giles Hospice.
