Passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 19, 2015, at The Manor Hospital, aged 78 years.
Funeral to take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at St Lawrence's Church, Darlaston, at 11am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 12 noon.
Family flowers only.
