Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital, on October 30, aged 48 years.
Much loved and will be sadly missed by Mom Joan, Brother John and Super Jayne, Sister Jayne and Jim and all his loving Family.Funeral Service, 2.10 pm, on Tuesday, November 8, at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired accepted for Dudley Stroke Association and the Critical Care Unit at Russells Hall Hospital.
