Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, aged 75 years.
Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at Stourbridge Crematorium, at 11.40am.
