Passed away peacefully, aged 84 years, at New Cross Hospital, on Friday, February 13, 2015, following a short illness.

The Funeral Service will be held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel on Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at 1.45pm.

All welcome for refreshments afterwards at Goodyears Pavillion, Stafford Road, Wolverhampton.

I sat by your bedside every day, praying you had the strength to stay and then finally the courage to leave.

I have a lifetime of memories to cherish and so much to thank you for.
