Funeral to take place Wednesday, November 2, St. Chad's Church, Coseley, at 11.45am, followed by Interment in Beacon Hill Cemetery.

Jack, I was so lucky to have met you, with your charming ways and smiling face, you always helped others and had a kindly word for everyone, you had a joke and laugh with all the Children and they loved you for it.
