Passed away peacefully at home on February 1, 2015, aged 87 years.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Thursday, February 19, at 2.10pm.

Donations only please, at Dennis's request, to Marie Curie Cancer Care and Macmillan Cancer Support, who both cared for him during his illness, are being accepted by H Porter & Sons, Funeral Directors, Old Church House, 60 South Road, Stourbridge, West Midlands. DY8 3UJ.
