Of Brownhills, passed away peacefully at St Giles' Hospice on October 17, 2011, aged 60 years.
The devoted Wife of Tony, also a loving Sister, Aunty, Great Aunty, Sister-in-law and Friend.
Service will be held at Streetly Crematorium on Monday, October 31, at 3pm.
