Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, on January 27, 2015, aged 69 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Alan, loving and caring Mother of Sara and Nick, Mother-in-law of Mark and Sarah, much loved Nanny of Henni, Sam, Archie and James, special Aunt of Debbie, Sister of Graham and the late Carol and Bryan, Sister-in-law of Carole.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, February 10, at 3pm.Mourning dress optional.

Family flowers only by request.

Donations if desired for Diabetes UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
