Passed away on January 18, 2015, at Sandwell Hospital, aged 91 years.

Wife of Jack, now reunited.

Mother of David, Eileen, Paul and Christine.

Deep are the memories, special they stay, no passing of time will take them away.

Funeral Service and Committal to take place on Monday, February 9, 2015, at 11.30am, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium.

Family flowersonly, donations if desired for Alzheimer's Society, for which purpose a collection box will be provided.
