Sadly passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014, aged 75 years.
Derek will be sadly missed by his Wife Judi, Sons David, Stephen and Partners, Grandchildren, Brother John and dear Friend Betty.
The Funeral Service willtake place at St Mary & St Lukes Church, Shareshill on Friday, February 6, at 12.30pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.
Family flowers only please, donations made payable to The Woodland Trust may be handed to the Family.
