Sadly passed away on January 6, 2015. Aged 67.

Funeral Service is to take place Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at 1.15pm, at St Lawrence's Church, Darlaston, then on to Streetly Crematorium.

Any donations to goto either New Cross Hearts and Lung, Wolverhampton and Fairoaks Hospice, Goscote, Walsall.
