Passed away peacefully on December 30, 2014, at Ash Grange Care Centre.
Funeral Service to take place Monday, January 26, 2015, at Green Lane Baptist Church, 12.45pm, followed by Committal at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery, at 2.15pm.
Family flowers only.
