Passed away peacefully at Netherton Green Nursing Home, on Friday, January 5, 2015, aged 81 years.
Sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, January 30, at 3.30pm.
Family flowers only please.
