Passed away, January 7, 2015, aged 48 years.

Funeral Service will take place on Friday, January 23 at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 9am.

Mourners are asked to wear an AC/DC t-shirt or merchandise.

Family flowers only please but donations, made to Sleep Apnoea Trust Association, can be placed in a donation box at the Crematorium.
