Died peacefully at home, on Monday, October 3, 2011, aged 78 years.
He will be sadly missed by Wife Jean and Friends John and Celia.
Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Wednesday, October 26, at 12 noon.
