Sadly passed away on October 9, 2011, aged 75 years.
Funeral Service at Streetly Crematorium, on Wednesday, October 26, at 2pm and afterwards at the Amery Club, Short Heath, Willenhall.
Flowers to
CO-OPERATIVE, Funeral Directors, Market Place, Willenhall.
No words can say just how I feel, for what has happened seems so unreal,
