Sadly passed away at home on Thursday, December 23, 2014, aged 81.
Sadly missed by Brother Mick, Uncle of Deborah and Derek, Niece Rebecca, Ian and Helen.
Funeral Service at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, at 10.45am, Thursday, January 22, 2015.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Air Ambulance, c/o Burgess and Harper, Penn Road, Wolverhampton.
