Passed away peacefully on January 1, 2015, aged 91 years.

Reunited with Husband John.

Annie will be sadly missed by all her loving Family.

The Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Tuesday, January 20, at 3pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations in lieu, made payable to the Kidney Unit, at New Cross Hospital.

May be handed to the Family.
