Passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by her Family, on October 11, 2011, aged 66 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, October 20, 2011, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 2pm.
A dear and special lady, who will be forever missed by all her Family and Friends.
