Passed away peacefully on December 13, 2014, surrounded by her Family, aged 90 years.

Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, December 30, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 10.20am.

We know a smile we would love to see, a loving face so dear, know a hand we would love to hold, a voice we long to hear, we know a heart, thoughtful and true, we know them all, because we loved you.

A much loved and missed Mom, Nan and Great-Nan.

Love you lots, Antony and Sharon, Denise and Graham, Sarah, Becky and Luke.
