Sadly passed away in hospital on December 11, 2014, aged 72 years.
Devoted Husband to Joan, beloved Dad to Tony, Tina, Annie and Simon. A dearest Grandad to Bethany, Joe and Maggie.
He will be sadly missed.
Funeral Service will take place on Monday, December 22, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3.45pm.
