Passed away on Monday, October 3, 2011, at Sandwell Hospital, aged 84.

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Powke Lane Crematorium, Rowley Regis, on Friday, October 14,at 2.30pm.

Donations if desired to Birmingham Children's Hospital, Oncology Ward.
